PICNIC Divisibility

Initial Divisibility: One PICNIC token can be divided down to 3 decimal places. Therefore, 0.001 PICNIC is the smallest amount that can be handled in a transaction. This is open to governance should the community wish to modify the protocol.

Rounding Policy: Any funds 'left over' as a result of rounding will be contributed to the BASKET fund in order to benefit everyone.
