Custody of Underlying Funds

All funds deposited to the Picnic Network (Wrapped in PICNIC or Minted in BASKET) will be held in secure custody which is not accessible by team members or through back doors.

Picnic Network plans to introduce initiatives to utilise the funds on behalf of the network participants. One such proposal facilitates margin trading by loaning funds under custody. Using automated systems to protect the underlying loaned assets such as liquidation of the overlying derivative contract will provide additional earnings for the fund and thus expand it further.

Expansion of the Picnic Fund will result in BASKET token distribution as outlined in the Tokenomics
